1. General Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use this site. We reserve the right to decline service or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases where these terms are violated.

2. Product Specifications & Accuracy

  • Quality: Our posters are printed on 350 GSM matte paper with a full-bleed finish.
  • Visuals: While we strive for color accuracy in our product photography, please note that actual print colors may vary slightly from what you see on your digital screen due to different monitor calibrations.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change. However, the price confirmed at the time of your checkout is final for that specific order.

3. Order Processing & Production

Every poster is printed to order. We do not maintain a pre-printed inventory.

  • Production typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • Because each item is created specifically for your request, cancellations are only possible if production has not yet started.

4. Custom Design Submissions

If you upload your own artwork for printing:

  • Resolution: You are responsible for ensuring the image quality is sufficient for the size selected.
  • Rights: By submitting an image, you confirm you have the legal right to use and print that content. onlyaesthetics acts solely as a printing service and is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from user-submitted designs.

5. Payments & Security

All transactions are processed securely through our verified payment partners (Razorpay). Your sensitive financial data is encrypted and is never stored on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all posters in premium flat packaging to prevent curling or damage. While we aim for delivery within 8–10 business days, timelines may occasionally be affected by courier logistics beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All original designs, branding, and website content are the property of onlyaesthetics. Use of our assets for commercial purposes without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

9. ARTWORK & LICENSING 

All designs featured on onlyaesthetics are curated and created using professional AI-assisted tools and verified design platforms. We hold the full commercial usage rights and licenses for all generated imagery through our active, paid subscriptions with these platforms. While the base of the art may be AI-generated, each design is refined and formatted by our team to meet our specific brand standards. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of these designs from our website is strictly prohibited as we hold the exclusive commercial rights to these versions.
