Cancellation & Refund Policy

At onlyaesthetics, we take pride in printing every poster specifically for you. Because we don’t hold stock and we follow a “made-to-order” process, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

1. Order Cancellations

We begin the Process within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

  • If you change your mind, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
  • Once your poster has entered the printing phase, we are unable to cancel the order. Since we don’t keep inventory, each print is unique to your request.
  • Please note that customized or personalized posters cannot be cancelled or modified once they are Ordered.

2. Damages & Exchanges

We want your walls to look perfect! If your order arrives damaged, we are more than happy to send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • The Unboxing Video: To help us process your claim, we kindly ask for a short video of you opening the package. This helps us verify the damage and speed up your replacement.
  • Reporting Window: Please share the video proof with us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Shipping & Re-delivery

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout.

  • Incorrect Details: In the event of a “Return to Origin” due to an incorrect address or an unreachable contact number, a nominal reshipping fee will be charged to send the package back to you.

4. Refunds

  • Process: Approved refunds are initiated immediately to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: While we process it instantly, it may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
